Senior Home Improvement Surveyor Role: Senior Home Improvement Surveyor Salary: £41,800 to £52,250 per annum plus £2272 car allowance (salary offered dependent on experience) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week Monday-Friday Location: Hybrid, working between our Dartford office (Crossways Business Park) and home We are looking for a Senior Home Improvement Surveyor to manage the team carrying out of high-quality Home Improvement surveys in our homes and other buildings owned by Moat. This will be achieved through the management of the technical aspects of the service, including survey buildings and inspections and quality audit, and I.T. Systems. You will actively contribute to the achievement of the wider Housing Landlord aims, operational objectives and future state. A pivotal part of this role will not only be supporting our surveyors, but working closely with our customers in their homes. Who are we?
