About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interim Recruitment Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to a school setting. This role offers flexible hours and is remote-based, with one monthly on-site visit to the school in the South West.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle general recruitment tasks and manage queries received in the Recruitment/ People inbox.
2. Provide administrative support across all areas of the People function, including:
1. Recruitment
2. Employee Relations
3. Payroll Support
4. Change Management projects
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in administrative roles.
2. Recruitment experience essential.
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
4. Experience within an education setting highly desirable.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively.
