Job Title: Purchasing Administrator Location: Manchester (Fully Office-Based) Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role: The Purchasing Administrator will play a vital role in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain administration for an internationally renowned AV technology integrator. Key Responsibilities: Manage and process purchase orders (POs). Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Chase up deliveries and process returns when necessary. Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers. Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation. Support the procurement team with general administrative tasks. Skills & Experience: Prior experience working within a purchasing department. Experience using D365/Microsoft Dynamics. Knowledge of the audio/visual sector would be highly beneficial. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage tight deadlines and adapt to pressure and shifting priorities. Package: Salary of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE. Life insurance.
