Are you a passionate HLTA ready to make a meaningful impact? An Ofsted Good rated school in Barking & Dagenham is looking for a skilled HLTA to support pupils with SEN across whole-class, small group, and 1:1 settings.

Key Responsibilities:
* HLTA role supporting the class teacher in a flexible capacity across class sizes
* Provide targeted support for students with Special Educational Needs
* Engage and interact professionally with educational staff to ensure seamless learning support
* Focus on fostering progress, attainment, and behaviour management
Requirements:
* HLTA experience, with a 1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK University
* Previous experience in child-based roles, ideally in SEN support
* Confident, supportive, and capable in managing behaviour requirements
