Duties and Responsibilities
Managing an office’s general correspondence, including phone calls and emails.
Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance – Identifying and capturing critical data, ensuring correct input and distribution to team members.
Maintain accurate and up to date filing and contact lists.
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
Scheduling appointments and managing diaries for team members.
Preparing and proofreading office documents and reports and distributing these as necessary.
Coordinating communication between various departments and team members.
Operating and maintaining office equipment and replenishing office supplies as needed.
Issuing month client statements and proactively reviewing aged debtors.
Managing travel and accommodation bookings for staff members.
Support conferences and marketing activities.
