Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to a high standard, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
* Carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines and deep cleans as required
* Manage laundry, ironing, and clothing stock
* Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and appropriately
* Follow all health & safety, infection control, and safeguarding procedures
* Respect the privacy and emotional needs of the children and maintain confidentiality at all times
Who We're Looking For
* Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (residential, hotel, or care setting preferred)
* Someone who takes pride in their work, with great attention to detail
* Reliable, organised, and proactive
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Kind, approachable, and understanding of the needs of a therapeutic setting
