We are now looking for a Countryside Operations Manager to join us on a full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years.

The Role
As a Countryside Operations Manager, you will ensure the provision of a range of first-class services across the Park whilst leading the Countryside Management Operations team.
Specifically, you will ensure the effective management of nature recovery and public access, while delivering a high-quality service that represents best value.
You will also be involved in income generation and diversification, resource allocation, including staff, volunteers and contractors, help to develop policies and identify opportunities for improvement.
