We need a talented recruiter to attract the right candidates and ensure they are onboarded efficiently while maintaining our high standards of safety and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both managers and applicants.
• Utilise recruitment systems, preferably TRAC or similar, to manage candidate applications.
• Apply best practices in recruitment to attract diverse talent.
