Full-time (37.5 hours), with the option to work from home 1 day per week, 28 days annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice on various topics, from contracts to compliance and regulatory issues.
* Draft, proofread, and amend legal documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
* Handle patient complaints from a legal standpoint, ensuring all cases meet regulatory standards and are documented properly.
* Oversee external legal work, managing relationships with independent law firms to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
* Organise and prepare legal documents for review, ensuring seamless submission to relevant authorities.
* Research healthcare regulations and laws to support case files, reports, and legal notices.
* Manage insurance renewals, and compliance checklists, and ensure adherence to employment laws.
* Assist in dispute resolution whilst making an impact in the Dental/Healthcare industry including group litigation matters and shaping company policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1-3 years of legal experience, with the ability to work independently.
* Strong knowledge of contractual law, with a particular focus on property acquisitions.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Exceptional organisational skills with sharp attention to detail—capable of handling multiple cases concurrently.
* In-house legal experience is a plus, but not essential.
