Payroll Administrator – 3 Month Temporary role

My client is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a 3 month temporary booking. Working alongside one other you will be assisting in all payroll duties alongside the implementation of a new payroll provider. You will:
* Process monthly payroll for all employees
* Review and check the payroll for any discrepancies
* Create and distribute monthly reports
* Produce all P11D’s for the tax year
* Manage and maintain the Payroll database, making any relevant changes which includes leavers and joiners
* Update payroll benefits onto the poral
* Manage and maintain the company pension portal
* Assist employees with any payroll related enquiries
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a minimum of 5 years Payroll experience supporting 500+ employees
* Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Manage a large workload independently
* Have strong attention to detail
* Have experience working with accounting software and Microsoft office
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 24 hours per week
