The HR Data & Process Specialist will be expected t o - Are you a recent graduate with a passion for HR, data, and the future of work? In this forward-thinking role, you’ll help pave the way for a digitally enhanced HR function - where smarter data and AI-driven tools play a central role. You’ll contribute to strengthening data quality, refining internal systems (especially Workday). Your Day-to-Day: ✔️ Enhancing Data Quality Audit and cleanse people data to ensure it’s reliable, up-to-date, and well-organised. Work closely with HR colleagues to identify inconsistencies and implement practical fixes. Help set up consistent processes for managing, storing, and securing people data. ✔️ Optimising Workday Processes Collaborate with HR Systems specialists to analyse workflows and highlight areas for improvement. Assist with designing, testing, and rolling out improved Workday processes. Ensure updates support our long-term vision of a tech-enabled, AI-aware HR function. ✔️ Building AI Readiness Support the development and delivery of learning resources that build AI awareness across the team. Research current trends and share ideas on how AI can enhance HR operations. Be a go-to person for colleagues exploring digital and AI-based initiatives. ✔️ Collaborating Across Teams Get involved in pilot projects to trial new tools and digital solutions. Offer input to help refine those solutions for real-world use in HR. ✔️ Championing Continuous Improvement Spot opportunities where automation or AI could simplify tasks or improve the employee experience.
