Saint Joseph’s RC Junior, Infant and Nursery School governors are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our warm and welcoming community. Embracing our Catholic ethos, we value respect, care, and community spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the maintenance and security of our school premises
* Act as a keyholder, ensuring the school is safe and secure
* Manage contractors and maintenance staff
* Perform cleaning duties and oversee the regular cleaning staff to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
* Undertake maintenance duties as required
* Uphold health and safety standards
Key Qualities:
* Good IT competencies, demonstrating proficiency in managing digital systems and tools essential for the role
* Be professional at all times and be a team player
* Be positive, inspirational and self-motivated
* Be able to organise and carry out various maintenance duties and repairs to ensure the general up keep and maintenance of the premises
Qualifications:
* Experience in facilities management or a similar role
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
