Registered Service Manager - Chard Up to £39,624 Depending on Experience
We're currently searching for a fantastic Registered Service Manager to join our management team in leading our residential service in Chard/Somerset. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people.
The Registered Service Manager will work alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the families of the people we support, as well as leading a team to ensure individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.
About the Role
As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the service(s), developing and implementing person-centered support plans, conducting care needs assessments, recruiting and inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions/appraisals, and attending multi-disciplinary meetings.
* Manage the services' finances, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
* Complete quarterly audits and reports, adhering to policies and procedures.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in a care management role.
* Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals with autism and complex mental health needs.
