Responsibilities:
* Filter oil
* Close the store down/open the cook line before business depending on schedule.
* Prepare a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards.
* Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
* Strong interest in cooking and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from leadership.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
