Our Sales Assistant roles at Specsavers are not your ordinary sales positions – you will bring your fantastic sales skills and ability to communicate together and align with the caring values and optical expertise of our brand.
You will be based outside the store and tasked with gaining new customers by approaching people and inviting them to book eye tests and view our products as well as answer queries they may have about our store and Specsaver products.
Requirements and responsibilities:
• Excellent communication skills including eloquence, active listening and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience, including the ability to learn about multiple products and sell without being aggressive
• Must enjoy meeting new people and be confident in approaching people in a friendly and informative manner
• Ability to work within a team and independently based on employer requirements
• Good time management skills to fulfill quotas within a specific period
• Must have physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, meeting and talking to people outside of the store environment
