Scaling Healthcare Brands with Video Marketing | Healthcare Communications

Who we're looking for
We need a senior videographer who’s confident walking into a Harley Street clinic, setting up for a full day of luxury content capture, and delivering polished, high-end interview and b-roll footage with minimal direction. You need to have a strong visual instinct, a calm and professional on-set manner, and an eye for making clinical environments look cinematic.
You’ll be working closely with our creative and strategy teams to create compelling video content that blends storytelling with sophistication, think luxury brand campaigns meets private healthcare.
Role Description
You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and delivering exceptional interview content and cinematic b-roll for some of the most innovative and premium private medical clinics in the UK. This includes brand films, expert-led interviews, social media cutdowns, and promotional visuals designed to elevate the brand presence of healthcare providers.
Your work will be used across paid and organic channels, so you’ll need to understand the difference in framing, pacing, and delivery for each. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with a strong narrative sensibility, and brings style, professionalism, and speed to every shoot.
Responsibilities
* Film polished, high-quality interviews with healthcare professionals in clinic settings
* Capture elegant, cinematic b-roll that makes clinics feel aspirational yet authentic
* Collaborate with producers and strategists to translate campaign goals into visual stories
* Handle end-to-end video production from pre-production planning to delivery
* Work efficiently on set, especially in tight, clinical spaces, while making patients and professionals feel at ease
* Keep footage organised and named correctly for editors and delivery
* Occasionally oversee junior videographers or freelancers on larger shoots
Qualifications
* 5+ years of professional videography experience, ideally including luxury, corporate, or healthcare sectors
* Strong portfolio demonstrating interview filming and cinematic b-roll in real-world environments
* Proficient in Sony camera systems (FX6 or better preferred) and audio setup for interviews
* Editing proficiency in Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere
* Ability to colour grade for a luxurious feel
* Familiar with content requirements across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
* Polished and professional communication style with clients and talent
* Comfortable travelling across London and the UK for client shoots
* Strong storytelling instincts and visual direction
* Bonus: Experience working in clinical, medical, or wellness settings
