Rate: £13.29ph to £20.65ph PAYE – Depending on experience

Job Description:
The candidate will be predominantly working in our Customer Service Operations Department.
Specific skills required:
1. A member of a multi-skilled team with a high degree of initiative/problem solving.
2. A strong collaborator who can work effectively and enthusiastically both internally and externally (verbal and written communication).
3. A sound and general knowledge of working within systems and processes e.g. SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Office, excellent Excel and analytical skills.
4. You need to have a high degree of attention to detail and personal accuracy to ensure work is completed correctly the first time.
Technical Skills:
Must Have:
1. Claims Management experience.
2. Excel knowledge.
3. Previous SAP skills.
Nice To Have:
1. Experience of communication with External Customers.
