As a MTR Elizabeth Line Station Manager, you are fully accountable for every aspect of the station operation, alongside managing and developing our front-line staff by leading by example. Station Managers will deliver a high-profile management style, with significant parts of the day spent on the station, monitoring standards, talking to customers, and building relationships.
To be considered for the role, you will need to show a demonstrable mix of the following:
1. Experience leading a team in a customer service environment
2. Attention to detail and good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence the behaviour of front-line employees
3. Experience in people management is preferable, but candidates must demonstrate an aptitude for people management as a minimum
