Job Description Deputy Home Manager - Residential Care Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Alternate weekends) Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our residential care team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership or management role within a residential setting and possess the necessary qualifications in health and social care. The service is a small residential facility that supports adults with Dementia and/or a Learning Disability. What We’re Looking For Experience as a Deputy Home Manager or Team Leader in a residential care setting. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification). Previous experience in a CQC-regulated environment. Proven management or supervisory experience within a social care setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Service Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential care facility. Lead and support a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of service delivery. Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans and risk assessments. Manage staff schedules, conduct appraisals, and provide coaching and support to team members.
