Berry Chiswick is looking for Loyalty Retention Manager. Your role This growth will be centred across the customer lifecycle, working closely with the Marketing Team to continuously optimise our data insights, utilising both our Loyalty and CRM platforms to create relevant and personalised engagement supporting sales growth and customer retention. Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of an overarching brand loyalty strategy to increase customer engagement, boost retention, and maximize sales Manage the execution of all loyalty retention plans by managing the project calendar and updating the overall promotional direction Perform in-depth target audience research and execute data-driven customer segmentation to ensure our loyalty programs are customised according to each audience segment Ongoing optimisation of our Loyalty & CRM platforms to create increasingly more engaging comms, promos and experience for our customers Utilise insight, campaign analysis and existing customer feedback to optimise CRM plans, delivering positive campaign performance and greater customer retention/reactivation. Your profile We are seeking candidates from an automotive background Experience with CRM marketing campaigns, processes, tactics, and promotions planning and execution within the automotive sector. Proven track record of developing and implementing customer strategy and segmentation programmes with evidence of commercial impact Experience gained within fast paced retail environment with experience of working with large complex customer data Experience with translating customer insights into successful loyalty strategies, business insight and real actions Experience of leading and motivating a team
