In addition we will support you through your 2 year Graduate Programme to develop and progress in your chosen career path. As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Check setting out of works including earthworks, foundations, structural steel, and block work.
* Quality Control.
* Ensuring all plant and machines are used efficiently on site.
* Enforcing safety procedures.
* Keeping site records up to date.
* Maintain filing system.

You'll be degree educated or due to graduate in the summer of 2025 (2:1 desirable) in a relevant subject. You should be focused and highly motivated, as well as excellent planning/prioritising and time-management skills. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, as well as the ability to cope under pressure.
