R13 are representing an established and highly reputable consultancy firm in their search for a Client Services Coordinator to join their central Norwich based team. Utilising your high levels of communication and organisation skills, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for booking appointments for clients and a team of field-based staff.
This is a full time, permanent position working 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is £21,500 per annum, plus an impressive bonus scheme (OTE £25,000 - £28,000).

Your duties will include:
* Liaising with customers via telephone and emails to organise appointments.
* Hitting internal targets for appointment satisfaction, capacity, and lead time.
* Verifying client contact information.
* Scheduling field staff appointments, selecting the correct consultant based on skillset and location.
* Booking accommodation.
* Dealing with challenges and customer issues to retain appointments.
You will have/be:
* Previous administration or customer service experience is essential.
* Experienced in handling telephone, email and live chat queries from customers.
* Excellent communication, organisation and IT skills.
* Geographical knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
