As a Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading staff on the line to deliver a quality focused and efficient packing operation on a daily basis. Our company is Customer Focused, and we pride ourselves on exceeding our customers’ needs. Our product quality sets us apart from the competition and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.

* Take a proactive approach to improving underperforming members of the team and constantly look to upskill members of the team through coaching and training.
* Ensure accurate recording of Bunched Herb data information, driving improvements in both the accuracy and results through reviewing the data throughout the shift and discussing with the team any anomalies you find.
* Ensure Banding Machine is prepared for commencement of each shift and control start and finish times so as to enhance line performance.
* Liaise with the quality department and control of quality of production to ensure product quality is maintained throughout the production process and customers' quality specifications are met and maintained.
* Ensure all quality control documents and production records are completed accurately and efficiently and that traceability is maintained.
