This is a permanent, on-site role with site setup works already underway. The project involves elements of new build and some refurb to existing school, on a 2.5-year phased handover programme, with a project value of £60m. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering education or school projects and must demonstrate longevity in previous roles with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors. If you have a proven track record of managing large-scale builds and leading teams to deliver excellence, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Manage teams and stakeholders effectively, fostering collaboration across all levels. Implement health, safety, and environmental procedures to maintain site compliance. Proactively manage risks, budgets, and schedules to achieve project milestones. Essential Requirements: CSCS Black/White Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications. Ideally MCIOB (Membership of the Chartered Institute of Building). Proven track record delivering education or school projects, reflected clearly in your CV. Enhanced DBS Clearance (or ability to obtain). Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and stakeholder management. The Snr PM/ Project Lead should be located in the area within daily commute of site and be happy to work throughout the Southern Region on future projects. Why Join Our client?
