Harper Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the accounts team on a temporary basis for our client in North Nottinghamshire.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report directly to the Finance Director and collaborate with the accounts team
* Process expenses
* Manage invoices (logging, maintaining, and posting)
* Match invoices to purchase orders and reconcile supplier statements
* Communicate with internal teams and suppliers
* Maintain accurate vendor records and details
* Generate company reports
* Oversee petty cash management
* Manage company credit cards & reconciliation
* Address and resolve queries
Skills and Experience Needed:
* Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to hit the ground running
* I.T proficient, including Microsoft Excel
* Capable of working independently
* Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
Additional Information: Please note, this is a temporary contract lasting around 3 months. The position is hybrid, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
