They are seeking a GDS Expert to work as a Ticketing Executive in Client Services Team. This is a Mon-Fri office hours, £28k pa plus benefits and good long-term career potential to grow with the company. This position can be office based, hybrid or fully remote. JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Ticketing executive you will be based within the Client Services team and deal with issuing tickets and producing documents.
⦁ Daily running of Amadeus and consolidator queues, ticketing deadlines, issuing tickets, actioning schedule changes, quoting fares, and reissues/refunds.
⦁ Updating BSP reporting daily.
⦁ Ensuring fare and booking sheets are up to date.
⦁ Interacting with customers daily, answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate department for their needs.
⦁ Ensuring invoicing and documentation is accurate and delivered within appropriate timescales.
⦁ Staying updated on developments and liaising with management.
⦁ Supporting sales team members to help them meet Company goals.
⦁ To handle personal data in accordance with the organisation's data protection policy.
