This role: Mechanical Contracts Manager is with a Lincolnshire based Mechanical Contractor who over the last 13 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects managing the Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.

As Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be:
1. Managing projects with a value of up to £2M - all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.
2. Working in a close-knit team.
3. Working on projects across sectors including: MoD, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Retail.
4. Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors.
5. Offered opportunities to progress and grow.
We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, Mechanical Site Manager or M&E Manager. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have any of the following qualifications: HNC / HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
As a Mechanical Project Manager, your salary will be within the £50-60K region and you will also receive a car allowance. As part of your employment with the company, you will receive automatic enrolment in the pension scheme.
