Job Description
We are partnered with a large UK retailer who are seeking a People Partner to drive strategic workforce initiatives and support business leaders in developing high-performing, inclusive teams. This role will be instrumental in executing people strategies, talent planning, and performance management across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute people plan activities aligned with the overarching workforce strategy.
* Partner with business leaders to identify workforce opportunities and shape the strategic people plan.
* Deliver centrally driven people initiatives, including performance management and goal-setting frameworks.
* Use people data analytics to track progress, drive insights, and support decision-making.
* Continuously monitor and improve key performance metrics related to workforce planning and engagement.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong experience inHR strategy.
* Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders to drive people-focused initiatives.
* Passionate about employee engagement, DEI, and organisational effectiveness.
* Background in Major retail or FMCG organisations - Essential
* Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and uncertainty
