Teaching Personnel is supporting a client school in finding the perfect candidate to assist their pupils, with the opportunity to work across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2. Could this be your next ideal role?

This small, well-regarded school has a strong reputation within the community, with good attainment levels and positive behaviour across the classes. The role will primarily involve working with children with SEN diagnoses, supporting their emotional wellbeing and helping them meet their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
* Passionate and enthusiastic practitioners
* Experience or knowledge of Phonics (highly desirable)
* Experience working with children with SEN, across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

Role Details:
* Full-time hours (minimum 8.30 am – 3.30 pm) during term time
* Extra hours may be required for staff meetings, inspections, and parent consultations
* Part-time or job share options may be considered for the right candidate
