Job Description
Quality Control Manager required to join the team within this successful house building company. Your key purpose will be to achieve a high level of consistency and quality across all stages of the construction to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Working in collaboration with other internal departments, including Health and Safety, Commercial, Technical, Customer Service, Site Management, Sales and HR.
Key Duties / Responsibilities-Quality Control Manager
To effectively improve the construction function through a high level of quality and consistency across all construction stages through;
* Improving warranty provider CQR scores
* Lowering DPR rates
* Lowering RI scores
* Improve HQI pass scores
* Improve customer satisfaction scores
* Improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Improve build consistency
* Minimise avoidable costs
* Drive quality from site through the BU
Experience
* Proven track record delivering a high level of quality within an inspection role within the house building industry
* Knowledge and experience of building standards and warranty provider requirements.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work
* IT Skills-Microsoft packages and Coins
* Commercial awareness
* Future focused and drive change
* Driving Licence essential
