The role of Concierge at Avery Healthcare is to create a positive and lasting first impression, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing high-quality service to residents. The successful candidate will possess effective communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities, and good organizational skills, preferably with prior customer service experience.
Main duties of the job
As a Concierge, your focus will be on greeting and directing all visitors, making them feel welcome, monitoring the Bistro area, handling resident requests and queries efficiently, and completing administrative duties as required. You will be part of a supportive and inspiring environment where employees feel valued and empowered.
Job responsibilities

Other responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and directing all visitors and making them feel welcome.
* Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, and cleanliness.
* Handling resident requests and queries efficiently and effectively.
* Completing administrative duties as required.
