Agility is working with an award-winning Hotel, nestled on the picturesque shores of Lake Windermere, who are looking for an additional member to join their esteemed team as an HR Manager. With a rich history and a reputation for excellence, this role offers a unique chance to contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert HR guidance to management and staff.
2. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
3. Review and update HR procedures to align with evolving employment legislation.
4. Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures.
5. Support managers in performance management and development initiatives.
6. Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
7. Coordinate training and development activities for staff and management.
8. Foster effective communication and manage change within the organization.
9. Maintain accurate HR records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management.
5. Thorough knowledge of UK employment legislation.
