We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Project Managers in delivering new store builds, relocations, and remodels. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating projects, managing resources, and ensuring objectives are met. Additionally, you will oversee and support the build and fit out of new stores with franchisees, stay updated on audits and legislations, prepare budgets, and conduct onsite briefings.
Success in this role looks like:
* Proven experience as a project manager or a strong understanding of construction, site planning, and property management at a commercial level.
* Current knowledge of asbestos awareness, CDM (Construction, Design, and Management), and health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Project.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively.
* Possession of a full UK driving license.
