Opportunity for a US Sales Manager with experience working with Target and/or Walmart to drive expansion for a London based SME. Description Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the US market Hold full P&L responsibility for the US market Establish productive relationships with key stakeholders and customers Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Regularly report on performance to the Commercial Director Profile A successful 'US Sales Manager' should have: Existing experience working with Target and/or Walmart A background in FMCG (open on category) Experience of managing buyer relationships and retailers through direct supply, not just distributors Strong commercial skills and experience managing P&Ls Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty Excellent communication and negotiation abilities A strong understanding of sales performance metrics Be available to travel to the US once a month Must be able to be in London 2-3 days a week depending on where you're based Job Offer A competitive salary range of £70,000 - £100,000 10% bonus Regular travel to the US Join a rapidly growing, B-Corp company 25 days holiday bank holidays
