Hospitality/Front of House Manager in Training Job Description:

ABOUT THE MANAGER IN TRAINING ROLE:
As a Hospitality/Front of House Manager in Training (MIT), you will receive targeted training for an entry-level management role. You will learn and apply FLIK Hospitality Group’s best practices in areas such as marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss. Successful completion of the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP) may require relocation within your region for placement opportunities.
ABOUT THE ACCELERATED MANAGER PROGRAM: AMP is a unique combination of assessment, organizational training, and one-on-one coaching that surfaces and develops our future leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s Degree required by August 2025 or earlier.
* Experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar food service operations required.
* Basic knowledge of profit and loss management, inventory control, and cash handling.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic understanding of contract administration and client relations.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications.
* Open to relocation for the right role or advancement opportunity.
