TRSA Program Support Analyst Location : Norfolk, VA Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent Security Clearance : Required Position Overview: The CNRMC C200 Engineering TSRA Program Support Analyst will provide comprehensive support to the NAVSEA CNRMC C200 TSRA Program and associated Assessment initiatives for the repair, maintenance, and modernization of U.S. Naval Surface Ships. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the readiness of the fleet through effective program management, data analysis, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will assist with TSRA assessments, data management, and be a key liaison across multiple Navy organizations. In this capacity, the candidate will serve two primary roles: TSRA Program Support : Provide program management support, data analysis, and process improvement recommendations to ensure assessment readiness and fleet maintenance. This role includes assisting the TSRA Program Manager, performing audits, collecting and managing RMC Assessment Health data, and leading working groups. The candidate will also facilitate weekly RMC meetings and work with CNRMC leadership to develop data-driven presentations for Flag Staff. Assessments KSN Knowledge Manager: Facilitate knowledge management support across the organization by coordinating a shared workforce environment. This role involves supporting surface ship assessments, managing a team of more than 60 participants from various Navy organizations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge management systems. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the Assessment community, ensuring alignment of mission support and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: TSRA Program Support Provide program management support to NAVSEA/CNRMC, including data analysis, audits, and recommendations for improving TSRA assessment processes. Assist the TSRA Program Manager with overseeing C200 TSRA Assessments at each RMC, ensuring the assessment readiness of the fleet. Collect, manage, and analyze RMC Assessment Health data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement. Lead working groups and facilitate weekly RMC meetings to discuss issues, share best practices, and evaluate the effectiveness of assessment processes. Work closely with CNRMC leadership to develop, organize, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to Flag Staff. Assessments Knowledge Manager Manage the knowledge management systems for the TSRA program, ensuring proper document sharing, information flow, and system access for all stakeholders. Facilitate and manage meetings with over 60 participants from all RMCs, Fleets, TYCOMs, and Warfare Centers. Ensure consistent communication across the Assessment community, maintaining alignment with current directives, goals, and mission support. Lead the transition of the Assessments KSN (Knowledge Sharing Network) page to the CNRMC C200 CoP SharePoint, coordinating the migration of content and processes. Act as the primary point of contact for KSN/CoP-related issues, providing technical and operational support for all knowledge management needs. Data Management & Analysis Utilize Excel, SharePoint, SPO, and other tools to manage data analysis and reporting functions. Conduct detailed metric pulls and analysis from multiple data systems, including the TSRA Data Warehouse (TDW) and Fleet Scheduling Center (FSC), to support program management efforts. Assist in managing the backend for the CNRMC C200 TSRA page and Assessments KSN page within SPO and SharePoint. Support data integration with other Navy databases, including SMDII and Tableau, ensuring the accuracy of metrics and reporting. Facilitation & Event Planning Lead and facilitate working groups and other meetings to support the TSRA Program Manager, ensuring clear objectives and effective outcomes. Plan and facilitate TSRA Face-to-Face (F2F) events, including scheduling, logistics, content creation, and stakeholder engagement. Travel annually, with the possibility of additional travel to support TSRA F2F events, conferences, and other activities as needed. Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, data analysis, or knowledge management, preferably within the Navy or military operations. Prior experience with TSRA or Navy Surface Ship assessments is highly desirable but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is essential, with an emphasis on advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong experience with SharePoint and SPO, including backend management, file sharing, and content coordination. Familiarity with the TSRA Data Warehouse (TDW), Fleet Scheduling Center (FSC), Tableau, and other data management systems is ideal, but not required. Skills & Abilities : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and technical information clearly and professionally to senior leadership and Flag Staff. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. High attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings and working groups, ensuring productive discussions and effective outcomes. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Strong proficiency in using MS Teams, including team management, action item tracking, and application integration. Travel : Occasional travel required, including at least one week per year for TSRA F2F events, with additional travel as needed.
