As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the recruitment team, whilst taking on more responsibility along the way as you progress within the role. They pride themselves in their fun company culture and great career progression opportunities Description Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Administrator include: Managing the recruitment inbox, responding promptly to queries and escalating emails to the wider talent acquisition team Assist in the initial review of candidates' CVs Provide general administrative support across the entire recruitment process, including scheduling and booking Microsoft Teams interviews, as well as creating interview packs for face-to-face interviews Liaise with Hiring Managers across the company to schedule interviews, book meeting rooms, and book parking spaces for candidates Become an expert on the ATS system - confidently manage the administration side and run reports to analyse applicant statistics Publish and edit job adverts on both external job boards and on the ATS Provide general admin and upkeep for the job boards Manage initial communication with recruitment agencies and candidates via both telephone and email Scan and save written interview notes into the relevant folders Ensure the tracker spreadsheets are maintained and kept up-to-date Generating offer letters and contracts of employment for new hires Profile The successful Recruitment Administrator will have: A strong academic background (a minimum of 3 A-levels at grades A to C (or equivalent) or a university degree with a 2:1 or above is desired but is not essential) A strong aptitude for IT - confident with Excel and able to pick up new tech quickly Will be super organised, be able to multi-task, and be able to prioritise workload effectively A proactive individual who can work both independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Enjoys a fast paced work environment A positive "can do" attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop Relevant work experience in a recruitment/admin/office role would be great, but is not essential Job Offer Benefits include: 25 day core holiday allowance plus other holiday-related benefits A dedicated "Wellbeing Day" Employee Assistant Programme Health Cash Plan Pension Salary Sacrifice Scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Client and employee referral bonuses Death in Service Life Assurance Bus pass discounts and loans Gym membership discounts Hybrid working Free parking onsite Flexible working hours Study support paid for by the company Working for an expanding company Great career progression opportunities
