Work Setting: Various locations, Commercial and/or industrial construction.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate subcontractors activities
* Evaluate daily operations
* Plan and organize daily operations
* Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
* Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
* Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
* Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
* Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
* Plan and manage budgets
* Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
* Oversee the analysis of data and information
* Prepare reports
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and Technology Knowledge
* MS Office
Transportation/Travel Information
* Valid driver's licence
* Own vehicle
