Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties
1. Oversee daily operations within the establishment, ensuring smooth service delivery in both the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
2. Supervise and train staff in hospitality best practices, food preparation techniques, and safety protocols.
3. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while maintaining high culinary standards.
4. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards to provide a safe dining experience for all guests.
5. Collaborate with team members to develop menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
7. Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and kitchen equipment, placing orders as necessary.
8. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential.
2. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices is required.
3. Experience in supervising teams in a kitchen or hotel setting is highly desirable.
4. Background in bartending or beverage management would be an advantage.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
