Requirements:
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of individuals and families to understand their mental health needs and challenges.
* Provide emotional support and counseling to help clients manage their conditions and improve their well-being.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
* Advocate for patients’ rights and ensure they have access to necessary services and support.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
