Overview Do you want to be part of a winning team and use your exceptional customer service skills? This role would suit candidates who have experience in the following areas: Customer Service/Customer Support/Meeting SLAs/ Word/ Excel/ Email/ Telephony/ Complaints/ Administration. We know that Customer Service is not always plain sailing, but we’ve got a great team here ready to support and train you. You will be working within our corporate team, and you will be involved in end-to-end management of a customer’s journey through consultation, data entry and implementation. Full training will be given on the company’s database. What will set you apart in this role is the ability to understand the desired outcome for our customers.
