To drive a culture of engagement, involvement, and continuous improvement within the workforce. Overall responsibility for the team to ensure that staff are adequately recruited, trained, motivated, and communicated with to deliver a consistently excellent standard of service to the customer in line with the Service Level Agreement. To establish, maintain and develop relevant and effective relationships with the appropriate Customer and Airport Company representatives, and other relevant bodies to ensure that all commercial opportunities are fully exploited. To deliver and monitor financial and operational plans to ensure that business targets are met and exceeded. To contribute to and agree service delivery standards, to monitor and report on performance against those standards and to ensure appropriate corrective action is taken to ensure customer requirements are consistently met. Arrange weekly meetings with Duty Managers and Team Leaders to identify any reoccurring issues and implement change where required. Carry out spot checks on a selection of night stopping aircraft Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years aviation operations management experience Excellent planning and communication skills. Evidence of a good level of people and operational management skills including leadership, resource management, planning, negotiation, and communication. Good working knowledge of the statutory and procedural obligations of the business including health and safety, employment, and security issues. Flexible to work various shifts (days, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays) Recognised full manual Driving Licence UAA1
