As a Recruitment/Bookings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the team with all aspects of administration ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of bookings and related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service - provide exceptional service by answering client queries, addressing booking issues, and ensuring all concerns are handled professionally. Data Entry - enter and update booking information into our system, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Administrative Support - provide general administrative support to the team, including maintaining files and processing documentation. Experience - proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in bookings or recruitment. Key Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work as part of a team.
