Key Responsibilities: Assist with managing and maintaining the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring that customer accounts are up to date. Support with processing payments and chasing overdue invoices via phone, email, and other communication channels. Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve queries and ensure timely payments. Produce and send customer statements. Contribute to credit risk assessments and monitor credit limits. Assist in reporting on cash flow and outstanding debts. Provide administrative support to the Credit Control team. Who We're Looking For: A keen interest in starting a career in credit control, finance, or accounting. Previous experience in a finance-related role (e.g., accounts, administration, or customer service) is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A proactive attitude, with a desire to learn and grow within the company. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
