This post is a key function within the Community Learning Service part of Middlesbrough Council.
The post holder will provide administrative support to the service.
The successful applicant will:
1. Undertake a variety of administrative duties which include reception duties, dealing with internal and external customers, managing course bookings and all other associated tasks.
2. Provide support to the MIS Officer (Data related tasks).
3. Assist the Exam Officer with exam related administrative tasks.
4. Take responsibility to report and record Health and Safety issues/Safeguarding incidents.
5. Work with a diverse range of learners from various backgrounds including those with ESOL needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Business Support team. This is a rewarding role working as part of a friendly team in a busy environment. The main focus is to provide support to both internal and external customers, offering information, advice and guidance and carrying out all other administrative duties in accordance with the MBC Values.
This role also provides the opportunity to develop new skills and gain further qualifications.
