ASB Coordinator Harrow Temporary Full Time We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Resident Services - ASB Coordinator to join the Housing team at a Local Authority in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on the local community by tackling anti-social behaviour and supporting safer neighbourhoods. THE ROLE As an ASB Officer, you will be responsible for the investigation and enforcement of anti-social behaviour across the borough in line with legislation and local policy. Conduct investigations and take enforcement action against ASB in compliance with relevant legislation Provide guidance and support to Housing Officers on low and mid-level ASB cases Liaise and work in partnership with external agencies to enhance community safety Prepare statements of evidence and attend court to support legal proceedings Draft legal notices, fixed penalty notices, and warning letters as required Deliver professional, expert advice to residents, stakeholders and Council Members Contribute to strategy and policy development to reduce ASB in the boroughTHE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar ASB enforcement role within a local authority or related setting. Demonstrated working knowledge of ASB legislation and enforcement procedures Experience investigating and managing ASB cases, including preparation for court Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Competent IT skills and the ability to use standard systems and technical databasesTHE CONTRACT Temporary – 3 months Hybrid working available The pay range for the role is £25.00 to £27.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £21.31 to £23.02 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
