Position Type: Scholarship Program Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
* Proven 1+ experience in sponsorship acquisition, fundraising, or program management, preferably in an education or nonprofit setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and manage relationships with sponsors, donors, and partners.
* Experience in designing sponsorship packages, proposals, and presentations.
* Knowledge of financial management and budget oversight in program or sponsorship settings.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams to meet program objectives and sponsor expectations.
* Proficiency in using ERP and project management tools to track sponsorships and outcomes.
* Strong research, networking, and outreach abilities to identify new funding opportunities.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Experience in scholarship program management or working with educational institutions.
* Familiarity with online donation platforms and fundraising technologies.
* Ability to analyze data and generate reports for sponsors and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative sponsorship strategies to secure funding and resources for scholarship programs.
* Create comprehensive sponsorship packages that appeal to potential sponsors while addressing the needs and goals of the scholarship program.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential sponsors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
* Provide regular updates to sponsors on the impact and outcomes of their contributions, showcasing the success of their support.
* Address sponsor concerns promptly and ensure mutual satisfaction with partnership agreements.
* Work closely with the finance team to manage scholarship program budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting related to sponsorships.
* Collaborate with scholarship program coordinators to ensure alignment between sponsorship goals and program needs.
* Research and identify new sponsorship opportunities through networking, industry events, and market analysis.
* Lead sponsorship acquisition efforts, including cold outreach, proposal development, and presentations to potential sponsors.
* Leverage professional networks to identify and connect with potential sponsors and partners, expanding opportunities for funding.
* Continuously refine and improve sponsorship approaches based on feedback and emerging trends in the sector.
