HEAD OF OPERATIONSLocation: THORPE PARK Resort, KT16 8PNHours: Shift pattern to cover 5 days out of 7, averaging 40 hours per week Salary: £51,000
In the Head of Operations position, you will be taking responsibility over our essential operation departments, including: Admissions; Central Planning; Hotel; Site Presentation and Waste Management. By leading these operations, you will drive continuous improvements across all of Thorpe Park, all while instilling our values and ensuring our guests have an exceptional visit.
This role is a 12 months FTC.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
* Demonstrable experience in coaching and leading mid/large teams across many different operational functions.
* Proven track record of driving improvements, establishing targets and achieving/exceeding those goals.
* Extensive experience in budget management, department forecasting and financial reporting.
* Ability to create compelling incentive strategies for continuous improvements.
* Develop and maintain open communication channels for all departments.
* Able to continuously develop and identify new beneficial training opportunities.
* Experience cultivating a working culture that allows for flexibility and creativity from each department.
* Additional experience of developing internal KPIs and data analysis.
