Job Title: Property Assistant
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Office and site based, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
We are seeking a Property Assistant to join our client's Lettings team. In this role, you’ll ensure properties are let efficiently, meeting targets and policies, while focusing on sustaining tenancies and minimising void loss.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming calls and general inquiries from Landlords or Tenants.
2. Assist with pre-check out and final check out inspections, inventory reports, and related administrative tasks.
3. Support property managers with viewings, move-ins, site assistance, and general administration.
4. Maintain customer care by acting as the face of the developments, ensuring a high level of service.
5. Participate in learning activities to improve personal and role performance.
6. Assist with reporting, liaise with external agencies, and handle utility company queries.
7. Manage key movement for empty properties and update relevant databases.
8. Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and preparing tenancy packs.
9. Carry out other ad-hoc duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
1. A full UK driving license and access to your own car for business use is essential.
2. Several years of experience conducting property check-ins/check-outs and completing inventories in a lettings/sales environment.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proven track record in achieving lettings targets.
5. Self-motivated with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
6. Computer literate and able to manage databases and spreadsheets.
7. Well-presented, professional, and able to maintain a high standard of customer service.
