Our client in Salfords is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints, credit control, issuing credits, and helping turn complaints into sales opportunities. This role requires a strong and resilient personality to effectively manage difficult situations and maintain positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional, empathetic, and resilient manner. Turn customer complaints into sales opportunities, providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Perform credit control duties, ensuring accurate processing of payments and outstanding balances. Issue credits and manage customer accounts efficiently. Work with Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems to manage customer inquiries and updates. Route calls appropriately, ensuring customers are directed to the correct department when necessary. Spend 4 days a week in Salfords and 1 day a week at the Head Office in Coulsdon, collaborating with the Financial team and strengthening internal relationships. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role. Strong ability to turn complaints into sales through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with credit control and issuing credits. Knowledge and experience using Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system. Full driving license required for occasional travel between Salfords and Coulsdon. Strong and resilient personality, capable of managing challenging customer interactions and maintaining professionalism. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal teams. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
